Media Registration

LKNA welcomes members of the media to the conference for Monday-Tuesday, May 13-14, 2019, in Alexandria, VA at the Westin Alexandria, depending on event capacity limitations.

Qualifications and Guidelines

Registration is complimentary for professional journalists and bloggers attending the conference to provide editorial coverage and who meet the eligible criteria. All requests must be made to Janice Linden-Reed at janice@leankanban.com.

International Travelers

Cancellations & Refunds

Full conference registrations, tutorials and single day registrations, less a $75 cancellation fee, are refundable only if submitted in writing to events@leankanban.com on or before April 30, 2019. Registrations and cancellations received after May 1, 2019, are not refundable. If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, expect the refund within 45 days. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment type. Cash payments will be refunded by check.

Substitutions
Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. The original attendee can do a name change in the RegOnline registration system or contact us at events@leankanban.com directly for assistance.

Additional Policies

By registering for the conference you are providing permission to receive emails and mailings related to the conference. If you wish to opt out of receiving any of these materials you may do so by emailing events@leankanban.com. By registering, you agree to all the terms and conditions set forth above including the use of photographic images. Lean Kanban, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs and to close registration when events are sold out. For these reasons, registrants are advised against purchasing non-refundable airline tickets. In the unlikely event that the LKNA conference is cancelled, your registration fee will not be refunded but will automatically be applied to the next LKNA Conference.
