Description of the maturity levels as we understand them today, based on a year of experience with the model.

Part 2: Appraise your organization

Use the KMM to better define the characteristics of your organization and understand the challenges it needs to overcome to evolve further towards its purpose.

Part 3: Define your roadmap

Find out how to stress/motivate the organization enough to make it evolve and identify appropriate Kanban practices that will facilitate and sustain this change.

This workshop will be useful for change agents interested in developing their organization’s fitness-for-purpose, product and service managers willing to improve their delivery capability and work atmosphere, as well as for Kanban practitioners who want to learn how to use the Kanban Maturity Model.

Teodora Bozheva

Teodora Bozheva is a Kanban coach, helping organizations to improve their agility and meet their customers’ changing expectations in a sustainable manner. She enjoys working with companies who want to see better business outcomes and happier workers as a result of their improvement effort. Since May 2018 Teodora has been leading a group of Kanban coaches who use KMM as a guiding tool in their work with their clients.
Teodora is an Accredited Kanban Trainer and Kanban Coaching Professional. She is a co-author of the Kanban Maturity Model book.
